The city is one of the most vibrant cities in the UK. There are excellent rail, air and motorway links allowing first class care to be delivered to patients from around the world.

The hospital was housed in a hospital that was built 100 years ago. It boasted pioneers in orthopaedic surgery, including Robert Jones (the father of orthopaedic surgery) and Prof McMurray (the first Professor of orthopaedic surgery worldwide)

NOW - the future...

The hospital has now moved into a new purpose built hospital, on an adjoining site. This is an exciting time and will be a catalyst to facilitate better patient care, and enable world-class research.
